Interior painting is often measured in days, a bathroom renovation in weeks, and larger outdoor projects can extend further when permitting is involved. Your estimate includes a realistic schedule, and we tell you early if something changes rather than letting you discover it.
Yes. Everett Home Pros, LLC carries general liability insurance, and licensed trades are used where licensing is required for the work.
Yes. Repairs and punch-list work are offered to clients and neighbors as part of an ongoing relationship. It is not our primary offering, and we are honest when a project is better served by a specialist, but once we know your home we would rather you call us than start over with someone new.
You will know who is in the home each day, what is happening, and what comes next. We confirm the schedule before work begins, keep you updated as the project moves, and raise anything unexpected as soon as we see it. Calls and texts are returned promptly, and there is always one person responsible for answering.
