Services

Half-day handyman services

Our handyman services are booked as a list, not as a single item. Bring us the running tally of things that have been bothering you — the door that will not latch, the shelf that needs hanging, the caulk that has failed, the fixture nobody has replaced — and we work through it in one visit. That is deliberate: the drive, the setup, and the trip to the supply house cost the same whether we do one task or nine, and bundling them is what makes the visit worth your money.

Scope and cost

What moves the number.

We do not quote a price before seeing the home. These are the things that change it, and we will tell you which ones apply to yours at the walkthrough.

How handyman visits are booked

Handyman services are booked by the half day and priced from a half-day rate. The absolute minimum is a two-hour visit at $225. We do not take single-item calls: one task rarely justifies the drive, the setup, and the materials run, and you end up paying for those anyway. Send the whole list and we will tell you honestly what fits in the time.

  • How many items are on the list, and how many of them need materials we have to source first

  • Whether any item is really a project in disguise, which we will flag rather than start

  • Access, including anything needing a ladder, an attic, or a crawl space

  • Whether you are supplying the fixtures or we are

  • Whether the work is in one area of the home or spread across every room

Common questions

Questions we are asked.

No. We book handyman services in half-day blocks with a two-hour, $225 minimum, because a single item costs nearly as much to get to as a full list does. If you only have one task, it is usually cheaper to hold it until you have a few.

Let’s talk about your project.
