Custom cabinets built for the room you actually have

Custom cabinets are built for your room, while stock cabinetry is built for a standard one, and most rooms are not standard. Custom work earns its cost where the space is an awkward width, where the ceiling height is worth using, or where an odd corner would otherwise be wasted. We measure the room as it is, not as the plans say it should be, and build to those numbers.

What it covers

Where custom cabinets earn their cost.

Kitchen and pantry cabinetry
Full runs of custom cabinets, islands, and pantry storage sized to the room and to what you actually store.
Bathroom vanities
Vanities built to a specific width and height, including the awkward sizes stock cabinetry does not cover.
Laundry and mudroom storage
Benches, lockers, hanging space, and the closed storage that keeps an entry from becoming a pile.
Media and living room cabinetry
Cabinetry that hides equipment and cable while leaving it reachable when something needs unplugging.
Finishing
Painted or stained finishes applied so the doors and boxes of your custom cabinets match, and so the surface holds up to daily use.

Scope and cost

What moves the number.

We do not quote a price before seeing the home. These are the things that change it, and we will tell you which ones apply to yours at the walkthrough.

  • Painted versus stained finish, and the species underneath if it is stained

  • Door style and hardware, which shift both material and labor

  • Whether the run is straight or has to work around returns, soffits, and out-of-square walls

  • Drawer and hinge hardware, where the cheap option is the one you notice every day

  • Whether the custom cabinets have to match existing millwork already in the home

How it works

How working together goes.

  1. Tell us about the project

A few details up front so the first conversation is useful.

  2. Consultation

We walk the home, understand the goal, and advise on the approach.

  3. A clear plan

A written estimate covering scope, investment, schedule, assumptions, and what could change the price.

  4. Professional delivery

Coordinated schedule, protected home, consistent communication.

  5. Final walkthrough

We confirm satisfaction together and resolve any open items.

  6. An ongoing relationship

Follow-up, seasonal guidance, and a number you can call again.

Common questions

Questions we are asked.

Usually, but not always by as much as people expect, and not in every room. We will tell you honestly when a stock or semi-custom line would give you the same result for less.

Let’s talk about your project.

Tell us what you have in mind and we will tell you honestly what it takes, what it costs, and whether we are the right company for it.
